Decent developing software is difficult monstrously difficult, actually. People are always looking for miracle cures, silver bullets that will help them create software in no time without conscious effort. In fact, almost everyone will agree that there is a "software crisis".
Projects doing too little features, too late and often too poor quality. Frederick Brooks was the first to note this in his famous book The Mythical Man-Month. More than pity there are no miracle solutions to many problems that plague software development.
